## Job Description

**Contact Center Agent** 

******Contact Center Agent** **Family Outreach Department Life Remembered** **Do you enjoy talking with people and building connections over the phone?**
Life Remembered is looking for a **Contact Center Agent** to join our Family Outreach team! This is more than just a call center job. You'll be the **first point of contact for families who have expressed interest in our cemetery products and services**, helping connect them with the right Sales Advisor and location. **What You'll Do** 
- Contact new leads generated through our marketing efforts
- Speak with prospective customers to understand their needs and level of interest
- Set appointments for our Sales Advisors
- Earn incentives when appointments result in completed sales
- Serve as a customer service liaison for families
- Answer general questions about our cemeteries and services
- Forward calls to the appropriate cemetery location when additional assistance is needed
- Enter accurate notes and information into our contact center software
- Follow established call scripts and outreach procedures

**What We're Looking For** The right person will: 
- Be comfortable and confident on the phone
- Enjoy talking with and helping people
- Have strong communication and listening skills
- Be comfortable using computers and learning new technology
- Be able to accurately document calls and customer information
- Be dependable, professional, and organized
- Be motivated by performance-based incentives

**No call center experience? That's okay!** We provide training on our call scripts, systems, and outreach process.
