Contracts Administrator | Central Sydney | Manage multiple fitout & refurbishment projects across live environments. Fast-paced, varied role.

An established commercial contractor is expanding its Sydney team and is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the business across a growing pipeline of projects.

The focus is on fit out and refurbishment projects delivered within live, operational environments, often with tight programmes and quick turnaround times.

This role will suit a CA who is comfortable managing multiple contracts at once, working across different project teams and keeping on top of competing commercial priorities.

### The role

- Manage multiple contracts from procurement through to completion

- Subcontractor procurement and management

- Variations, EOTs, claims and progress claims

- Contract administration and commercial reporting

- Review scopes, contracts and project documentation

- Work closely with PMs, clients and subcontractors

- Manage competing priorities across multiple live projects

### What we're looking for

- Commercial construction experience as a CA

- Strong fitout and refurbishment experience

- Experience managing multiple contracts/projects simultaneously

- Experience working in live or operational environments

- Comfortable working to tight programmes and quick turnaround

- Strong subcontractor and commercial management skills

- Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
