This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary with a background in conveyancing to join a supportive and professional practice. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting fee earners with a busy residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.The firm can offer flexibility with either a 4 or 5 day working week, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a positive work-life balance alongside a long-term career move. Providing full secretarial support within a busy conveyancing department
Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Managing conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
Liaising professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
Audio typing and document production as required
Managing diaries, appointments, and file administration
Handling telephone and email enquiries efficiently and professionally
Ensuring files and records are maintained accurately and compliantly
Supporting solicitors with day-to-day administrative duties About You
Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary within conveyancing
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines
Excellent communication and client care skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
Professional, reliable, and proactive approach
