(Accounts Receivable / Remote) - Anywhere in U.S. / $62,285.00 to $65,000.00-yr + $10k KPI bonus eligibility / Medical-Dental-Vision-Life Insurance / 401k / Paid Time Off - As a Credit & Collections Specialist, you will: Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payments; Monitor and analyze customer credit limits and payment history to determine appropriate credit terms; Initiate collection calls and emails to customers with delinquent accounts, working to resolve payment discrepancies and negotiate payment plans; Investigate and resolve any billing or invoicing issues; Prepare and maintain collection reports and records for management review; Communicate with sales and customer service teams to facilitate prompt and accurate billing and collections processes.
