**About Mentor Match**

Mentor Match is a fast-growing online tutoring platform helping students across curricula and geographies learn better, one session at a time.

**About the Role**

We're looking for someone to own and build our early years curriculum product for Grades 1–5. This isn't just content creation — you'll frame the product from the ground up: what we teach, how it's structured, how it's delivered, and how it evolves. You'll treat the curriculum as a product, with learners as your users.

**What You'll Do**

- Own the end-to-end curriculum product for Grades 1–5 across curricula (CBSE, British, American, IB)
- Design the product framework — learning outcomes, lesson structures, assessment banks, and progression paths
- Build and iterate: launch, gather feedback from tutors and students, and improve continuously
- Work with tech tools and AI-assisted workflows to build and scale content efficiently
- Collaborate with tutors, academic teams, and operations to ensure smooth delivery
- Track quality and learning outcomes, and use data to refine the product

**What We're Looking For**

- Experience in curriculum development or academic content for early grades (1–5)
- A product mindset — you know how to frame, structure, and build a product, not just write content
- Tech savvy — comfortable with digital tools, spreadsheets, and AI-assisted workflows
- Strong understanding of early years pedagogy and how young learners engage
- Self-driven and fast-paced — you can take ownership and run with it
