Zinque Boutique Patisserie is a cloud-based French patisserie located in Bandra West, Goregaon West & Lower Parel West Mumbai. We are an egg- free patisserie specialising in Entremets, cakes, Chocolates and croissants .

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Mumbai. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing exceptional service, enhancing customer satisfaction, and addressing concerns promptly. Responsibilities include managing customer interactions, ensuring a seamless experience, and presenting Zinque‘s products with care and professionalism.

Additional tasks may include maintaining customer relationships, Maintain customer records & follow-ups and addressing feedback effectively. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

**Qualifications**

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
- Proficiency in Customer Service Management and handling customer inquiries
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards challenging situations
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge

MONTHLY SALARY : 15000 - 20000 per month
