## Job Description

**Job Role – Voice Customer Service Process | HP NA**

**Process:** HP North America (Hewlett-Packard)

**Role:** Voice Customer Service – Technical Support

**Location:** Thane West

**Job Summary:-**

We are hiring for the HP North America Voice Customer Service Process. The role involves assisting customers with service-related queries and providing technical troubleshooting support for HP systems through voice interactions.

**Eligibility Criteria:-**

- HSC or Graduate candidates are eligible.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is required.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills at C1 or C2 level.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

**Work Schedule:-**

- 5 days working
- 2 rotational week-offs
- 24x7 rotational shifts

**Interview Process:-**

- HR Round
- AMCAT Assessment
- Floor Operations Round

**Compensation:-**

CTC / Take-home **Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 in hand per month, depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
