## Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible to provide outstanding service to our client's customers by; scheduling deliveries, handling general inquires, addressing concerns/issues, listening to complaints, troubleshooting problems, and communicating necessary information to our delivery crews.A typical day would include:Contacting customers to schedule/reschedule deliveries.Communicating information to delivery crews.Verifying status of deliveries with drivers and keeping customers updatedResponding to customer/vendor queries regarding the status of their ordersWorking alongside dispatch to accommodate customer requestsDe-escalating situations by providing workable alternatives that satisfy the customerTaking accurate notes of conversations with customers/vendors and keeping our system updated on any and all changes to their order status.General data entry: entering customer orders into our delivery system, filling out order completion spreadsheetRequirementsAt least 18 years of age or olderStrong computer knowledge and skillsAbility to calmly provide conflict resolution and navigate frustrated customer situationsAbility to enter and schedule orders while taking inbound calls.Ability to work full-time hours.Ability to work in an environment where you must sit, reach, communicate (verbally and electronically), listen with auditory acuity, type, read, multi-task, and concentrate for prolonged periods.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $21.00-$24.00 per hourBenefits:Dental careLife insurancePaid time offVision careEducation:Secondary School (preferred)Experience:customer service: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person
