## Job Description

**We‘re Hiring: Customer Service Associate**

**Prior customer service experience MANDATORY**

HSR Layout, Bangalore

**What you‘ll do:**

• Support parents and teachers over chat, email, and calls

• Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution

• Schedule and manage student classes

• Be the relationship expert who keeps customers happy and coming back

**What we‘re looking for:**

• Prior customer service experience

• Strong English communication

• Bachelor‘s degree

• Available to work from office (in-person role)

Two shift options available: Day Shift (1 PM–10 PM) and US Shift (10 PM–7 AM, one weekday off).
