Overview

A growing manufacturing company in Lemont, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support order processing, shipping coordination, and customer communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, stays organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and meet delivery schedules Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to resolve issues Track orders and proactively update customers on status or delays Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and export paperwork Arrange carrier pickups and post shipments in the ERP system Maintain order files and contribute to KPI reporting

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (college preferred) Customer service or order processing experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Proficient in Microsoft Office; D365/Microsoft Dynamics a plus Calm, professional, and adaptable in a busy environment
