## Job Description

**Customer Support Specialist**

**Hybrid, based near Manchester Airport (2 days per week in the office)**

**£15.39 per hour**

**6 month contract**

**Must be able to start by 1st September**

**Monday - Friday (9.00 - 17.30)**

Are you a customer-focused problem solver with experience in customer service? We're looking for a proactive Back Office Support Specialist to support customers, resolve enquiries and complaints, and work across multiple departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage customer enquiries through CRM systems.
- Take ownership of customer complaints from start to resolution.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Process returns, credits and free-of-charge orders.
- Coordinate customer and material master data updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.

**What We're Looking For**

- Strong customer service experience.
- SAP knowledge and understanding of Order-to-Cash processes.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Experience in manufacturing or customer experience environments is advantageous.
- Additional language skills, particularly French, are desirable.
