### Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

Aurora Live, a dynamic B2B company, seeks a Customer Success Manager to drive growth. We connect decision makers and solution providers worldwide through exclusive, high-quality events and support our customers to achieve maximum ROI with our lead-generation services.

### Role

Main point of contact for customers, build relationships, coach providers, and generate valuable leads through 1-on-1 meetings and exclusive events. This is a sales-oriented role, acting as an extension of the Sales team and building long-term customer relationships to foster further business.

### Tasks

- build and maintain strong customer relationships
- provide excellent customer service
- support providers with knowledge and tools to optimize participation in exclusive events
- collaborate with Sales team on upsell and portfolio sales
- communicate value of our services and event concept
- effective time management
- precise and detail-oriented work

### Profile

- experience in a customer-facing role
- proven success in building and maintaining long-term relationships
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- fluent German and professional English
- analytical thinking
- independent and collaborative work ability
