## Job Description

The Embedded Customer Success Manager is the dedicated point of contact for assigned key customer accounts, owning day-to-day account management and ensuring effective operational delivery. The role works closely with the customer and internal ADI teams to align stakeholders, deliver successful project outcomes resolve issues quickly,

### JOB DUTIES:

- Own day-to-day account management to ensure smooth operations.

- Partner with the customer to define ADI product solutions for end users across new and existing projects.

- Act as the single point of contact, coordinating communication between the customer and ADI internal teams.

- Anticipate risks, prevent issues where possible, and drive timely resolution when issues arise.

- Support ongoing project execution and ensure continuity across workstreams.

- Manage escalations, ensuring clear ownership, communication, and follow-through.

- Align stakeholders (customer and ADI) on project proposals.Identify project add-ons to drive incremental value and revenue.

- Coordinate with ADI teams to ensure on-time delivery; communicate proactively on delays and mitigations.

- Co-own supply forecasting with the Inventory team, incorporating customer demand signals.

- Facilitate RMA and return intake.Assess warranty claims and make decisions in line with ADI policies.

- Partner with assembly partners (MVB) to address known issues and recurring defects.
