Jio is inviting application for the role - Advisor Customer Support

We are looking for candidates with **excellent English verbal and written communication skills** to join **India’s largest telecom company**.

**Work From Home Opportunity - Hiring from Pan India**

**Eligibility & Job Details:**

- Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
- Hiring from: Non-metropolitan cities only
- Process: Blended (Chat & Email support + Inbound & Outbound calls

**Requirements:**

- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (Voice / Non-Voice – on paper)
- Laptop & stable broadband connection required
- Not hiring pursuing students

**Other Details:**

- 6 days working, 1 rotational week off
- Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
