About the Role

Hyre is recruiting for a **Customer Support Associate** on behalf of one of our clients.

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, responsive, and comfortable communicating clearly through email and chat. You will be responsible for helping customers with questions, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring they have a positive experience throughout every interaction.

This is a fully remote role based in India.

What You’ll Do

- Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat
- Understand customer issues and provide clear, accurate solutions
- Troubleshoot common problems and escalate more complex cases when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and support activity
- Work closely with internal teams to identify recurring customer issues
- Help improve support processes, FAQs, and internal documentation
- Deliver a consistently professional and helpful customer experience

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong written English communication skills
- Experience handling customers through email and chat
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Able to manage multiple customer conversations and priorities
- Familiarity with customer support or ticketing platforms is a plus
