## Job Description

🚨 **Hiring: Customer Support Associate – Backend | Jaipur**

We are looking for a **Customer Support Associate (Backend)** to join our **Steno Process** in Jaipur.

Position Details

**Position:** Customer Support Associate – Backend

**Process:** Steno

**Experience:** 6+ months (Mandatory)

**Location:** Jaipur

**Working Days:** 5.5 days/week

**Shifts:** Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs

**Key Responsibilities**

- Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
- Manage backend support activities related to billing and invoicing.
- Process and verify invoices, billing details, and related documentation.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and customer concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective query resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and defined processes.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.

**Eligibility & Requirements**

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in customer support/backend operations.
- Billing & Invoicing experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of billing and invoice-related processes.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with backend systems.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
