**Cybersecurity Expert**

**Position:** Cybersecurity Expert

**Type:** Hourly Contract

**Compensation:** $80–$90/hour

**Location:** Remote

**About the Opportunity**

This opportunity is for experienced cybersecurity professionals interested in contributing to advanced AI evaluation projects. The role involves applying enterprise-level cybersecurity expertise to design real-world security scenarios, create reference solutions, and evaluate AI-generated outputs used to improve next-generation AI systems.

**Ideal Candidates**

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, security operations, incident response, risk management, or security leadership roles.

• Experience managing security operations, incident response programs, security architecture, or compliance initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks including NIST CSF, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIS2.

• Familiarity with tools such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Tenable, Qualys, and GRC platforms.

• Excellent analytical, risk assessment, and technical communication skills.

• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications are strongly preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop enterprise cybersecurity scenarios based on real-world security operations, threat detection, and risk management workflows.

• Create reference incident reports, security assessments, architecture designs, and compliance documentation.

• Evaluate AI-generated cybersecurity outputs for accuracy, reasoning, compliance, and technical quality.

• Design grading rubrics that measure professional-level cybersecurity judgment and decision-making.

• Apply cybersecurity methodologies including threat modeling, incident response planning, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure consistency, quality, and technical rigor across deliverables.
