Data Analyst

Data Analyst (1+ Year Experience) — Consumer App We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst with around 1 year of experience in a consumer app or product-based environment. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with SQL and MongoDB, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions. Key Responsibilities Analyze user behavior, product performance, and business metrics for consumer applications.

Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets. Work with MongoDB collections for querying and validating application data. Build dashboards, reports, and internal tools using Retool.

Track and analyze user engagement and funnels using Mixpanel. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify trends and actionable insights. Monitor KPIs and create regular performance reports.

Support ad-hoc analysis requests and present findings clearly to stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems. Demonstrate high ownership in handling tasks independently and driving projects to completion.

Required Skills 1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a consumer app/product company. Strong proficiency in SQL. Working knowledge of MongoDB.

Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Retool and Mixpanel. Understanding of MCPs/workflow integrations is a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with product analytics and user behavior data.

Familiarity with dashboards, automation, and internal tooling. Basic understanding of experimentation/A-B testing concepts. Soft Skills High level of ownership and accountability.
