Role Description As a Data Analyst at Sarvotam Solutions, you will work Remote job collaborating closely with game designers, product managers, and engineering teams. You will collect, clean, and analyze gameplay, user behavior, and product performance data to generate insights that guide game design, monetization strategies, and feature development. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building dashboards and reports, designing A/B tests, and monitoring key performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
You will translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders, and proactively suggest data-driven improvements to enhance player engagement and retention. You will also help improve data pipelines and analytics processes in partnership with the engineering and BI teams. Qualifications Strong analytical skills and experience with data analytics to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
Solid foundation in statistics and data modeling to support A/B testing, forecasting, segmentation, and performance evaluation. Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and support data-informed decisions. Proficiency with analytics and data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel/Sheets, BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). Experience working with product or game analytics (funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention and monetization metrics) is a strong advantage. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
