We offer end-to-end solutions that cover all aspects of data transformation to the use of AI and Machine Learning algorithms.Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support clients in transforming raw data into actionable insights.

You will clean, analyze, and visualize data to solve business problems, improve decision-making, and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders. This role emphasizes data storytelling, accuracy, and client collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesData Preparation & Analysis:Clean, validate, and structure raw data from multiple sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, APIs).Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Use SQL and tools like Python for basic statistical analysis.Document workflows and ensure data quality standards.Visualization & Reporting:Design interactive dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and reports to communicate insights.Translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.Client Collaboration:Work closely with clients to define business questions and KPIs.Present insights to stakeholders in workshops or presentations.Required SkillsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.Experience working with DBT (Data Build Tool) or similar.Data visualization tools (e.g.

Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).Basic scripting in Python.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).Soft Skills:Strong communication skills to explain insights to non-technical audiences.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.Knows how to deal with ambiguity in a fast growing startup.Experience:Solid experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.Portfolio of past projects showcasing dashboards/reports (shareable examples preferred).Education in quantitative fields such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Engineering.Fluency in English:We work with clients from all over the world, so English is a must have.What we offerInnovative work environment: Collaborative, remote culture with the opportunity to grow with the company.Founder experience: Participate in the creation of a rapidly growing data startup.Great challenges: Chance to work with large companies in real estate, mining, construction, and more industries.
