We’re partnering with a well‑established global organisation known for its work in data‑driven products and large‑scale analytical solutions. Their Cardiff‑based analytics team is expanding, and they’re looking for a Data Scientist who enjoys working with complex datasets, statistical modelling, and cloud‑based analytical tools. This is a great opportunity to join a high‑performing team of seven , contributing to both day‑to‑day analytical work and longer‑term development initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing Running independent statistical analysis on large datasets Presenting analytical findings to business stakeholders Supporting credit application assessments and financial/risk analysis Contributing to research and development projects Monitoring and evaluating model performance Supporting the migration of analytical processes to cloud platforms What They’re Looking For Degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, quantitative methods, or equivalent experience Strong understanding of statistical methods Experience with cloud technologies (Databricks preferred) Coding experience in data science/ML languages (Python, R) Ability to communicate statistical insights to non‑technical audiences Experience working with large datasets, including matching and merging multiple sources #J-18808-Ljbffr
