Reliance Jio is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Deputy Manager - Human Resource (Talent Acquisition).
Experience Criteria: Ideal candidates shall have minimum of 4 years and maximum of 7 years of experience in reputed corporate organizations in the role of Talent Acquisition for the sales teams.
Education Qualification: Full time graduate in any discipline and full time post graduate degree/diploma in Human Resources from reputed institutes.
Role and Responsibilities: 1. Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA and quality parameters in the allocated geography.2. Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like College Campus, Government Skill Development Agencies, Employment Exchanges etc.3.
Manage all recruitment related compliances including Background Verification, Negotiation Audit responses4. Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline5. Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure completion within SLA6.
Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at Respective Area7. Manage Geography stakeholders in order to ensure timely closure of requirements in their respective verticals8. Ensure proper engagement of candidates during pre-onboarding phase, for better employee experience.
