Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the bank’s marketing efforts by creating and managing digital content, executing campaigns, and documenting performance. The primary objective of this position is to generate qualified leads, promote the Bank's products and services, increase digital engagement, and support business development efforts by scheduling appointments for lending and deposit opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure website content remains accurate, current, and optimized.

· Develop and create content for social media and digital channels.

· Create and execute marketing campaigns for products and services using email, flyers and statement stuffers.

· Assist with planning and implementation of marketing strategies.

· Prepare monthly reports summarizing website traffic, social media engagement, campaign performance, and lead generation.

· Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely campaign execution.

· Develop and distribute email campaigns.

· Participate in training; online courses, webinars or in-house.

· Attend community events, sponsorships and promotional activities to produce media content

· Cross-train to assist customers with opening new deposit accounts as needed.

· Assist with customer inquiries especially regarding online banking and mobile banking.

· Ensure all marketing materials are compliant with banking regulations.

· Perform opening and closing duties, including a minimum of one Saturday a month.

· Support special projects as assigned.

· Track marketing leads, referrals and customer inquiries.

· Maintain marketing documentation and records.

Qualifications

· 2-3 years of digital marketing or related experience.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Familiarity with social media tools and analytics.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Detail oriented and highly organized.
