## Job Description

Digital Marketing Manager — Performance

**London | Hybrid | Up to £55,000**

We’re looking for a commercially driven **Digital Marketing Manager** to join a growing hospitality business, with a key focus on **performance marketing, customer acquisition and driving bookings and revenue**.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves data, understands the customer journey and knows how to optimise digital channels for growth.

The Role

- Own and deliver the performance marketing strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and SEO
- Manage and optimise digital budgets to maximise ROAS and ROI
- Drive customer acquisition, bookings and revenue across multiple hospitality venues
- Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other relevant platforms
- Monitor performance across CAC, ROAS, conversion and revenue
- Use GA4 and platform data to identify opportunities and continually optimise campaigns
- Improve website and landing-page conversion through testing and optimisation
- Manage external agencies and digital partners where required
- Work closely with CRM, content and brand teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Support new openings, launches and key trading periods

About You

- 4+ years’ experience in performance or digital marketing
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Commercially focused with a strong understanding of acquisition, conversion and ROI
- Confident managing significant digital budgets
- Strong analytical skills, including GA4
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, travel, retail or another B2C environment is highly desirable
- Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on campaign management

**Salary:** Up to £55,000

**Location:** London / Hybrid

**Contract:** Full-time, permanent
