Pay Rate: $17-$18 an hour

The dining room attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining room. This includes tables, chairs, trash receptacles, condiments and other dining room services as directed by the supervisor. The above shall be achieved while providing exceptional customer service in a courteous, helpful and friendly manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized dining room including chairs, tables, trash receptacles, condiments and other areas determined by the supervisor.

- Operation of the following equipment: floor vacuum, brooms, mops, wringers, buckets, sanitation towels and chemicals

- Comprehension and compliance of both verbal and written directions assigned by the supervisor.

- Comprehend and comply with all company procedures, rules and policies.

- The removal of trash, waste, and spills on the dining room floor during serving periods.

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

- Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.

- Lifting and moving of food, food containers and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one’s own height.

- Follow all outlined safety regulations with regard to equipment use.
