View full job… Director, Business Planning & Analysis # Director, Business Planning & Analysis Sonova Group ## Job Description Valencia, CA (Hybrid 3 days) We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Finance Director to lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities that drive profitable growth and informed decision-making. Reporting to the Business Unit CFO, this role serves as a key business partner to leaders across multiple functions and geographies, providing actionable insights, financial guidance, and operational support in a dynamic, global environment.
