Job Description

Working with children infants through Pre-K age. Different shifts available, both full and part time, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the classroom- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow- Foster a love of learning through engaging and interactive activities- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment

Requirements:- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
