## Job Description

- Perform electrical and mechanical assembly of products and components.

- Complete wiring, component installation, repairs, and rework as needed.

- Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.

- Accurately measure materials using a tape measure and make detailed cuts according to requirements.

- Conduct electrical and functional testing on assembled products.

- Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.

- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.

- Troubleshoot basic electrical and assembly issues as needed.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

- Minimum of 2 years of recent electrical assembly, wiring, or production manufacturing experience.

- Basic electrical knowledge and experience working with electrical currents and wiring.

- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools.

- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and make precise measurements and cuts.

- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, diagrams, and specifications.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Additional Requirements

- Must pass a drug screening.

- Must pass a background check.
