## Job Description

Position: Electrical Designer

Compensation: $ 25 - 28 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Electrical Designer to join their team!

Are you ready to bring your design expertise to a dynamic team? This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite, assisting technical teams in creating world-class designs. You'll be part of a collaborative environment, contributing to innovative projects and advancing your career in the electrical design field.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Assist teams in creating detailed design solutions 
Prepare and revise engineering drawings 
Adhere to company and client drafting standards 
Conduct research and recommend design solutions 
Participate in continuous drafting improvement efforts 
Comply with all company policies and standards

Required Qualifications & Experience:

High School Diploma/GED and drafting coursework 
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience 
Proficiency in AutoCAD 
Strong verbal and written communication skills 
Problem-solving and analytical skills 
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Specialized CAD certification 
Leadership skills 
Self-motivated and eager to learn
