This is a full-time hybrid role for an Electrical Engineer based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for some remote work. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing electrical systems, managing power distribution networks, and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and standards. Daily tasks include working on the electrical design of projects, performing system analyses, collaborating with teams to optimize operations, and troubleshooting electrical systems to ensure efficiency and reliability.

• Proficiency in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering principles, with an ability to develop and evaluate electrical system designs.
• Strong knowledge of Electricity concepts, including the ability to apply theoretical principles to practical scenarios.
• Expertise in Power Distribution systems and understanding of Power Systems operation and management.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
• Familiarity with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations is highly desirable.
• Previous experience with engineering software tools and technologies is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
