GLOBAL ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR CORP

## Job Description

- As an Electrical Foreman, you'll lead field crews on commercial and industrial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on every job site. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in leadership, has a strong electrical background, and is committed to delivering top-tier results.

- Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on-site

- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

- Manage schedules, materials, and quality of installations

- Provide mentorship and training to apprentices and electricians

- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or similar role

- Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred)

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

- Dedication to safety, teamwork, and excellence

- Bilingual(English and Spanish)

- Living in Miami area
