Duration: Full time/Direct HireCompensation: $32.20/hr + shift differential + 7 eligible bonuses throughout the year!Shift: 7pm - 7am on a 2/2/3 schedule, working every other weekendTraining: 3- 6 months on day shift Position Summary:The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining production equipment. The incumbent is capable of applying their technical skills and experience to maximize equipment availability, identify causes of machine failure, and rectify those causes in a timely manner. The Maintenance Technician will be expected to work independently with very limited supervision and at times as the only maintenance tech on shift.
