Employment Litigation Paralegal (OR, WA) - RemoteThe Opportunity Our Employment Litigation team is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys and partners handling complex plaintiff-side employment matters, includingWage & Hour Class Actions and individual employment litigation.This role manages a high-volume caseload and requires a resourceful, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience at a plaintiff-side employment law firm is highly preferred. What You'll Do

- Prepare correspondence, pleadings, motions, and all forms of discovery.

- Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy and clarity.

- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support active litigation.

- Maintain case files within the Firm's document and case management systems.

- Assist with hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.

- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and litigation projects.

- Communicate with clients and provide exceptional support throughout the litigation process.

- Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and the legal team.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm focused on Wage & Hour Class Actions and single plaintiff employment litigation in Oregon and Washington

- Experience Washington (WLAD, MWA, FLSA) and/or Oregon (ORS Chapter 659A, BOLI, FLSA) state and federal employment statutes.

- Strong experience with e-filing in State and Federal Courts; appellate and administrative agency filing experience is a plus.

- Experience propounding and responding to discovery, calendaring hearings and court deadlines, and assisting with mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong proofreading and document review abilities.
