Job DescriptionWE’RE HIRING | ENERGY ANALYST Location: Hyderabad Experience: 1–2 Years Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break) Work Mode: Hybrid • Monday & Tuesday – Onsite • Wednesday to Friday – Online Candidate Location: Hyderabad – Local Candidates Preferred Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive About the Role We are looking for a passionate and proactive Energy Analyst to join our growing Energy Engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on live projects and build your career in the Energy & Sustainability sector. Key Responsibilities • Compile, extract, and analyze data sheets, architectural and MEP drawings, regulatory requirements, and standards such as ASHRAE 90.1. • Perform whole-building energy modeling using the ASHRAE 90.1 Appendix G framework. • Develop eQuest building geometry from AutoCAD plans, PDFs, images, and other formats. • Perform CAD zoning and develop trace drawings for eQuest models. • Create eQuest energy models covering HVAC, hot water, building envelope, and lighting systems. • Perform energy simulations comparing Proposed and Baseline Models. • Calibrate and tune eQuest models to calculate energy savings. • Maintain project documentation, spreadsheets, technical reports, and project trackers. • Collaborate with team members and report project progress to the line manager.

Candidate Requirements ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering ✅ 1–2 years of experience in Energy Modeling ✅ Advanced AutoCAD skills ✅ Knowledge of HVAC systems, Building Controls & Energy Efficiency ✅ Knowledge of ASHRAE standards ✅ Clear and confident communication skills ⭐ CEM, CEA, LEED, IGBC, or EDGE certification will be an added advantage.
