## Job Description

As China’s largest engine manufacturer, Weichai Group is seeking an Engine Training Specialist to oversee engine technical training and related support work. The role focuses on delivering engine repair skill training to Weichai’s authorized service stations and customers in Brazil, with occasional business travel to other American countries as required. 

**Responsibilities**

- Provide professional diesel engine technical training to staff at authorized service stations and customers across Brazil.
- Develop and optimize localized training materials based on Weichai engine product features and local market demands.
- Deliver on-site practical guidance during training to ensure effective transfer of product knowledge and repair skills.
- Comply with work arrangements to conduct training assignments in other countries and assist in resolving related technical issues.
- Collect training feedback, identify work challenges, and propose training optimization and improvement plans.
- Compile common engine fault cases and integrate them into training courses to enhance practicality and applicability.
- Manage training center course scheduling, daily equipment maintenance and administration.
- Embrace Weichai’s corporate culture, comply with company management policies, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

**Skills & Competencies**

- Solid foundational knowledge of diesel engines, with the ability to quickly master the structure and working principles of Weichai’s core engines.
- Strong learning agility, proactive attitude, and willingness to explore new technologies; able to adapt quickly to new job responsibilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with strong capabilities in technical instruction and training coordination.
- Adaptable to cross-cultural work environments and willing to undertake occasional business travel.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields preferred.
- Passionate about professional learning with a proactive mindset for continuous skill development.
- Familiar with basic diesel engine knowledge; able to quickly grasp core parameters and technical features of Weichai’s mainstream products.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; candidates with Spanish proficiency will be prioritized.
- Willing to accept occasional business travel and fully align with Weichai’s corporate culture and values.
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience; experience with Cummins, Caterpillar or related companies is highly preferred.
