Qualifications required:
- Diploma of Nursing or other qualifications and/or training deemed equivalent by AHPRA leading to registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Endorsement for medication (essential)
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated skills in wound management, medication administration, continence and/or palliative care.
- Demonstrated skills in the collection of clinical assessment data, problem solving and decision making, with the ability to refer or seek assistance.
- Ability to use technology relevant to the delivery of care services.
- Understanding of the financial link between service delivery and funding framework (ACFI).
- Demonstrated stakeholder management, communication, conflict management and negotiation skills.
- Analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills necessary to manage varying and/or conflicting stakeholder demands.
- Proven ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a highly regulated and complex environment.

To be successful, you will have:
- Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification leading to registration as an Enrolled Nurse (AHPRA)
- Current Nursing registration with AHPRA (essential)
- Endorsement for medication (essential)
- Valid working rights in Australia (e.g., Passport, Birth Certificate)
- Police Check
- Own vehicle/licence
- Evidence of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations
