- Personally lead or direct investigations for high-potential "near misses" or serious incidents using advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies, ensuring corrective action plans prevent recurrence.

4. Performance Strategy & Stakeholder Management

- Manage the overarching compliance frameworks for service providers, ensuring that mandatory OCA certifications and regulatory inspections are completed on schedule.

- Review and validate verified QHSE/ESG metrics (waste management, carbon tracking, and fauna impact) before they are sent to corporate sustainability teams or partners.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality, Health, Safety & Environment roles

- Must hold the Spanish Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (TPRL) qualification, preferably covering multiple specialties (Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics).

- Spanish Native/C2 Level.

🚀Desirable Points:

- Regulatory Expertise: Deep and thorough knowledge of Spanish OSH legislation—Law 31/1995 (PRL)—and critical Royal Decrees such as RD 337/2014 (High-Voltage Electrical Installations) and RD 1215/1997 (Work Equipment Safety).

- High-Risk Operations: In-depth technical understanding of safety protocols for heavy maintenance in renewables (e.g., blade repairs, gearbox replacements, substation shutdowns).

- Contractor & Vendor Management: Strong capability in managing relationship frameworks with external providers, specifically regarding Statutory Inspections and OCA certifications.

- High-level negotiation and stakeholders management skills to interface with partners, asset managers, and external auditors.

- Strong leadership in crisis management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology.
