Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive and Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. This role involves managing confidential information, coordinating schedules, facilitating internal communications, and assisting with various business and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while collaborating closely with C-suite leadership.

Duties

- Provide executive administrative support to senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations.

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events efficiently.

- Facilitate internal communication by drafting correspondence, memos, and reports as needed.

- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives to coordinate priorities and ensure alignment across projects.

- Arrange business travel including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.

- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and special functions.

- Assist with project management tasks to support ongoing initiatives and deadlines.

- Serve as an effective liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.

- Support personal tasks for executives as required, balancing professional responsibilities with personal needs.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant supporting senior leadership.

- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, professional documents.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and ethically.

- Proficiency in calendar management tools, email platforms, and office software applications.

- Experience in coordinating travel arrangements and organizing events or meetings.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a collaborative approach.

- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
