Location: Downtown Denver, CO

Pay: $75,000-$85,000 + annual bonus

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support multiple senior leaders within the organization.

Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to several senior executives. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and contribute to strategic initiatives. The position interacts regularly with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3–5 senior executives

- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling across multiple time zones

- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and external partners

- Prepare, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, correspondence, and internal documentation

- Track, organize, and maintain data, reports, and confidential materials

- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and process expense reports

- Screen calls and communications while exercising discretion and confidentiality

- Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization

- Support leadership with special projects, initiatives, and research as needed

- Anticipate challenges and communicate updates or potential delays proactively

- Perform additional administrative and project-based tasks as assigned

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills

Additional Details

- Schedule: Standard business hours

- Work Model: Hybrid (3–5 days in office based on business needs)
