We‘re looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO of a fast-growing hospitality business operating transit hotels. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone who thrives on staying ahead of details and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you‘ll do:

- Manage the CEO‘s calendar, communications, and daily priorities

- Own follow-ups end-to-end — tracking action items across the team and ensuring commitments are met on time

- Draft correspondence, reports, and documents with strong written English

- Coordinate across departments on the CEO‘s behalf

- Conduct research and prepare structured summaries on business topics as needed

- Handle scheduling and coordination for both business and occasional personal tasks

What we‘re looking for:

- 3–5 years‘ experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Office Coordinator to senior leadership

- Exceptional follow-up and task-tracking skills — this is the single most important requirement

- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Word

- Excellent written and spoken English; shorthand a plus

- Graduate, preferably from a secretarial/administrative program

- Proven job stability and a track record of reliability and integrity

- Comfortable working from an office in New Delhi
