Affiliated with **STARR Restaurants, Steak 954**, is a sophisticated, modern update to the classic steakhouse. Nestled along the waterfront, this boutique steakhouse takes full advantage of its breathtaking natural surroundings, with sweeping beach views by day and luminous starlit nights setting the scene. Designed with a fresh, clean, nautical vibe, the atmosphere draws deep inspiration from the ocean.

Meat and seafood lovers can indulge in a menu featuring dry-aged prime and American Wagyu beef, locally sourced fish, decadent side dishes, and a global selection of fine wines and spirits. 

We are seeking an experienced   **Executive Chef**   with strong culinary skills and the desire to lead and mentor a large, diverse team providing exceptional dishes with care and consistency– we want to hear from you!

**This position offers a comprehensive package including:**

**Qualified candidates will have**

- A minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary management experience in well-rated restaurants
- Prior success in running expo in a high-volume kitchen
- Experience hiring, training, and mentoring salaried managers and hourly BOH staff.
- Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor management, and bottom-line profitability.
- Ability to mentor, motivate and drive performance and results of a diverse culinary workforce.
