About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Global Financial Operations and Compliance. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in driving the company's global growth strategy, with a focus on operational excellence, financial integrity, and scalable governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategy, governance, and execution of the global financial operations and compliance function.

This includes creating and implementing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems, as well as ensuring accurate and timely billing for services. The role also involves developing strategies to control credit losses, maximize collections, and ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and company requirements across international subsidiaries. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in a relevant field, and at least 10 years of experience in financial operations and compliance.

The role requires a seasoned and strategic finance leader with a proven track record in managing global financial operations, particularly in a technology or media-related industry. Key skills include financial operations, operational excellence, process improvements, and transfer pricing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership versatility, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage and motivate a global team.

Experience in international tax and statutory audits, as well as a strong understanding of SOX and internal control standards, is essential. The role demands a leader who can drive results, support a culture of inclusion, and is committed to doing what is right for customers, investors, and communities.
