## Job Description

WORKABLE SOLUTIONS INVESTIGATIVE & PROTECTIVE SERVICES, LLC

as-needed executive protection assignments

Pay Rate:

- Alabama Security Regulatory Board (ASRB) Armed Security Officer License

- Alabama Pistol Permit (if applicable)

- Valid driver's license with clean driving record

- Be formally certified in Executive Protection through a recognized training program or academyOR

- Possess a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable Executive Protection experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure

- Strong situational awareness and observation skills

- Knowledge of defensive tactics, de-escalation, and emergency response procedures

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with high-profile clients

- Ability to work independently and within a protective team environment

- Reliable transportation and ability to travel on short notice

- Ability to stand or remain alert for extended periods

- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as assignments require

- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

- No felony convictions or disqualifying criminal history

- Must be physically fit and capable of performing protective security duties

- Executive Protection / Close Protection Operations

- Military Police or Military Security Forces

- SWAT, Tactical Response, or Special Operations Background

- Dignitary Protection

- Advance Site Assessments

- Defensive Driving / Protective Driving

- CPR / First Aid / AED Certification

- Active Shooter Response Training

- Surveillance and Counter-Surveillance

- Threat Assessment and Risk Mitigation

- Firearms Instructor Certifications

- Emergency Management Experience

- Provide armed executive protection for clients and designated personnel

- Maintain a safe and secure environment during travel, meetings, and events

- Conduct site surveys and advance security assessments

- Monitor suspicious activity and identify potential threats

- Coordinate emergency response procedures when necessary

- Escort and transport clients safely to and from locations

- Secure entrances, exits, and restricted areas

- Maintain radio communications and operational awareness

- Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs

- Assist with crowd management and access control during events

- Operate in both uniformed and plainclothes assignments

- Employment Type: Part-Time / On-Call
