Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades Principales

- Inspect every dish at the pass for quality, correct temperature, accurate modifications, and proper presentation before it leaves the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively between kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow and fast ticket times.
- Organize and garnish plates quickly, ensuring side dishes and condiments match order tickets.
- Keep the expo line clean, stocked, organized, and running efficiently during high-volume rushes.
- Inspeccionar cada plato en la ventana de entrega para verificar calidad, temperatura correcta, modificaciones y excelente presentación antes de salir al salón.
- Comunicar eficazmente entre el personal de cocina y los meseros para mantener un flujo de servicio rápido y ordenado.
- Organizar y decorar platos rápidamente, asegurando que las guarniciones y salsas correspondan con cada orden.
- Mantener la línea de expedición limpia, abastecida y bien organizada durante las horas de mayor movimiento.

Qualifications / Requisitos

- Prior restaurant experience (kitchen, expo, or server) in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to stay calm under high-volume pressure.
- Sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required for seamless communication with both BOH and FOH teams.
- Experiencia previa en restaurantes (cocina, expedición o mesero) en ambientes de ritmo rápido.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para mantener la calma bajo presión.
- Gran atención al detalle y excelente capacidad de organización.
- Bilingüe (Español/Inglés) es indispensable para comunicarse fluidamente con la cocina y el personal de servicio.
