Our mechanics are the backbone of our operation, and we’re looking for a skilled diesel technician who knows motorcoaches inside and out—and wants to work for a company that values expertise, initiative, and craftsmanship.*What You’ll Do** Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel motorcoaches, including engines, transmissions, HVAC, electrical, air brake systems, and suspension* Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and DOT‑compliant repairs* Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electronic issues with accuracy and efficiency* Maintain detailed service records and communicate clearly with dispatch and management* Keep the shop organized, safe, and operating at a high professional standard* Work independently and as part of a team to keep our fleet road‑ready and reliable*What We’re Looking For** *3+ years of hands‑on experience* working with diesel engines (motorcoach experience strongly preferred)* Strong diagnostic skills with modern tools and software* Ability to read and interpret schematics, service manuals, and technical bulletins* Familiarity with brands such as *Prevost, MCI, Van Hool, *is a major plus* CDL or willingness to obtain one is preferred* A self‑starter with a strong work ethic and pride in quality workmanship*What We Offer** *Competitive pay* based on experience* *Health insurance** *Paid time off + paid holidays** *Retirement plan options** *Uniforms, and ongoing training opportunities** A stable, respectful work environment where your expertise is valued* Opportunities for advancement as our fleet and operation continue to grow*Why You’ll Love Working Here*You won’t be treated like a number.
