Our Valencia Nissan-Infiniti dealership is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven sales record to join our team. We are a team of committed and talented individuals who strive to take care of our customers. As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in coaching, mentoring, and supporting our team to push for further growth and success.

### Job Description

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. 
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed. 
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 
- Train and mentor sales staff to ensure they are up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques. 
- Monitor customer inquiries and ensure a timely response. 
- Monitor inventory and order new vehicles as needed. 
- Monitor marketing trends and adjust pricing accordingly. 
- Develop promotional campaigns to increase sales. 
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies as needed. 
- Keep apprised of all new products and technology. 

### Qualifications

- 2+ years of Automotive Sales Management experience. 
- 2+ years of Finance Management experience 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word. 
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. 
- Strong take‑charge leadership attitude with a record of team building, including recruiting, training, and motivation. 
- Identifying and analyzing problems with efficiency 
- Knowledge of the local retail market. 
- Excellent customer service skills. 
- Must have verifiable proof of your success as a Sales Manager in the Automotive Industry, including outstanding CSI scores. 
- Ability to identify market trends correctly and manage inventory. 
- Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
