## Job Description

- An established community behavioral health program is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join an integrated care team.
- This full-time opportunity offers a collaborative, mission-driven environment providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment.
- The PMHNP will work with a mixed caseload of adults, children, and adolescents, maintaining an approximate 50/50 adult and child/adolescent split.
- Clinical duties include both outpatient services and inpatient care, including Crisis Stabilization Units (CSU) and Short-Term Residential Treatment (SRT).
- The position follows a Monday-Friday schedule, with reasonable patient volumes and some scheduling flexibility.
- Candidates must be PMHNP certified, hold an active Florida APRN license; dual PMHNP/FNP certification is preferred.
