High-Performing Franchise

A well-established franchise store in the Raleigh market is adding an F&I Manager to a team that's already producing at a high level. This isn't a turnaround, a back fill for someone who flamed out, or a store hoping F&I will fix its problems. The sales floor is delivering, the current F&I team is performing, and the volume has grown to the point where we need another strong producer in the rotation.

We understand a lot of F&I openings exist because something's broken. This one exists because the store is winning. You'll walk into an office with established processes, a desk that structures deals correctly before they hit your door, and teammates who are hitting their numbers — which means you'll be expected to hold that standard, not build it from scratch.

What you'll do

- Run a full mix of business

- Work captive financing fluently, plus a deep bench of secondary lenders for the full credit spectrum this market brings

- Present every product to every customer through a consistent menu process, with strong PPD as the expectation, not the stretch goal

- Keep compliance airtight and funding fast
