## Job Description

Job DescriptionFinance Manager Location: Cavan / Northeast Region The Opportunity A leading Irish food manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support a large production facility. This is a key role within the finance team, partnering with operational leaders to drive performance, provide commercial insight, and ensure strong financial governance. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present monthly management accounts.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to management. Support product costing and commercial decision-making.

Monitor capital expenditure and evaluate investment projects. Maintain robust financial controls and compliance procedures. Assist with audit and year-end processes.

Partner with site leadership on operational and strategic initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members. About You Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience. Proven budgeting and forecasting expertise. Excellent analytical and business partnering skills.

Advanced Excel and financial systems experience. Ability to influence stakeholders and support operational decision-making. Manufacturing, food, FMCG, or industrial sector experience is advantageous.
