Job DescriptionProject Manager FP&A Contract: 6 months - highly likely to be extended; the project is long-term. Location: Hybrid, 2 days a week onsite in Dublin City Center. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the rollout of Pigment, an FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) and performance management tool, as part of a wider change and portfolio transformation.

The successful candidate will manage the delivery of the Pigment rollout, working closely with Finance, Technology, business stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful implementation, adoption and delivery of key reporting requirements. Experience with Pigment is highly desirable. However, candidates with strong experience delivering similar FP&A / financial planning platforms such as Anaplan or Vena will also be considered.

The role will also provide support across AI-related initiatives, reporting, change and portfolio management, making this an opportunity for a Project Manager with a broad transformation background. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the rollout and implementation of Pigment across the organisation. Manage the project lifecycle, including planning, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.

Work closely with Finance, IT, business stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery. Translate business requirements into clear project deliverables and implementation plans. Support the development and delivery of financial and management reporting.

Coordinate data, reporting and system integration requirements associated with the FP&A platform. Support AI-related initiatives and projects, helping coordinate requirements, stakeholders and delivery. Support wider business change and transformation activities, ensuring stakeholders are prepared for new processes and ways of working.

Contribute to portfolio management, including project tracking, reporting, prioritisation, dependencies and governance. Key Experience & Skills Essential: Proven experience as a Project Manager working in Finance delivering technology-enabled transformation projects. Experience delivering or supporting FP&A and/or financial planning Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, governance and reporting. Strong understanding of Finance processes, reporting and financial data. Desirable: Experience with Pigment.

Alternatively, experience with similar platforms such as Anaplan, Vena or Avacon, or any similar platform is fine. Experience supporting AI / Artificial Intelligence projects or initiatives. Experience in change management.
